Our team is constantly expanding and we’re always looking for skilled laborers, carpenters, or anyone with experience in general field layman construction work. Competitive pay, fun atmosphere, and on-site training offered.

Apprenticeships
We’ve partnered with the Builders Association of North Central Florida’s Apprenticeship Program and the Charles R. Perry Construction Institute at Santa Fe College, in Gainesville, Fl. to offer a fully paid, 2-year educational apprenticeship program in carpentry. Our apprentices will work for and get paid by Gator Solutions, receive on-the-job training, as well as be required to attend classes 2 nights a week for additional education and training.

- At least 18 years old.
- Great attitude.
- Reliable transportation.
- No criminal background.
- Willingness to get up early, show up on time, and work to impress!
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. is not required.

While Gator Solutions has a large self-performing carpentry crew, we must also hire specialized, licensed subcontractors to handle the specific jobs that we cannot. These licensed (if applicable) and insured professionals include:

- Clearing/Site Prep
- Landscapers
- Foundation Contractors
- Septic System Contractors
- Pool Contractors
- Solar Panel Installers
If you’re a qualified specialist in any of these areas and looking to work with Gator Solutions on upcoming projects, please contact us today. You must be licensed (if applicable) and fully insured to be on our subcontractor list to bid on jobs. You’ll also be required to sign our subcontractor’s agreement as well as submit to a background and reference check.
